In the contemporary landscape of digital transformation, the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Business Intelligence (BI) systems has emerged as a critical determinant of competitive advantage. This article presents a comprehensive analysis of how AI-driven analytics reshape organizational decision-making processes, enhance resilience, and drive sustainability. Drawing upon a systematic review of recent literature, we evaluate the transition from traditional descriptive reporting to predictive and prescriptive analytics. The study highlights the significant role of cognitive biases in decision-making and examines how intelligent systems can mitigate these human limitations. Furthermore, we investigate the impact of Big Data on sector-specific performance, with a focus on telecommunications and Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Findings indicate that while the technical effectiveness of analytics platforms is paramount, the organizational culture regarding information security and Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) plays an equally vital role in sustaining long-term value. We conclude that the successful adoption of AI-enhanced BI requires a holistic approach that aligns technological
